I served in New York City hospitals for 13 years - working with acutely ill/dying patients and their families. As a result, I am intimately familiar with the emotions of grief and loss.
My approach to grief is rooted in empathy and understanding, recognizing that the grief felt after the passing of a loved one is a process, not an event. Grief unfolds differently for everyone.
I am here to help clients navigate their unique journey, offering them a safe environment to express their emotions, and embrace the next chapter- knowing you're not walking it alone.
